OUR ANNUAL GROUP DISCOUNT PURCHASE PROGRAM is held during the Fall-Winter of each year.
BENEFIT: The benefit is to provide members with the ability to purchase high quality products at discount prices. Products include roses, miniature roses, and organics.
PROCEDURE:
- Product information, catalogs, and discount prices are distributed to WNYRS members at the Fall-Winter meetings, via the WNYRS Newsletters, and in the Members Only section of this WNYRS website.
- Order forms are made available to members at the Fall-Winter meetings, in the WNYRS Fall-Winter Newsletters, and in the Members Only section of this WNYRS website.
- Members' orders must be submitted: (a) for roses, by the February WNYRS meeting, and for miniature roses and/or organics, by the March meeting .
- Payment is due: (a) for roses, when they are picked up by the purchasing member and (b) for organics, along with the member's order when submitted.
- Products are made available for pick-up by individual members when received by the WNYRS from the vendors. Members are notified when products are available for pick-up.
