• March 25-28, 2010: Plantasia 2010 - Artistry in Bloom. Western New York's Premier Garden and Landscape Show, held at the Agri-Center on The Fairgrounds in Hamburg, NY. The WNYRS will provide a special guest speaker presentation as part of the Plantasia Event Program and provide & staff an informational exhibit booth.
• April 11, 2010: WNYRS Annual Spring Dinner. Enjoy a great dinner and the company of good friends!
• April 17, 2010: WNYRS Rose Culture Workshop. Come plant a rose to take home and enjoy!
• May, 2010: WNYRS booth at the Alden Farmers' Market, Broadway St., Alden, NY. The WNYRS will promote the enjoyment of roses and provide a limited supply of roses and rose products for sale
• June 12, 2010: WNYRS June Rose Show, Boulevard Mall, Amherst, NY
• June 27, 2010: Day-trip to the Syracuse Rose Garden and Rose Show and the Canandaigua Sonnenberg Gardens. The Syracuse Rose Garden is formally named the Dr. E.M. Mills Rose Garden. Trip details will be forthcoming shortly. Please contact WNYRS Pres. Lil Stiegler to indicate if you are interested and to obtain trip details. Reservations are required. Price is $25 for members, $40 for non-members. Price includes cost of coach (bus transportation), driver’s tip, and entrance to Sonnenberg Gardens
• August 1, 2010: WNYRS picnic at the home of Jim Styn and Sandra Corrie. Come and join the fun!
• August 15-16, 2010: WNYRS booth, 10am - 5pm at America's Fair, The Erie County Fair at The Fairgrounds, Hamburg, NY
• August, 2010: WNYRS Booth Exhibit at New York State Fair in Syracuse, NY

• May 14-23, 2010: The Rochester Lilac Festival An art, music, food and flora festival hosted annually in Highland Park, Rochester, NY. It is one of the largest festivals of its kind in North America, drawing spectators from all over the globe. Highland Park possesses a huge collection of lilacs, featuring more than a thousand bushes and hundreds of different varieties
• May 16, 2010: 2010 Annual Parkside Tour of Homes from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM; sponsored by the Parkside Community Association.
• June 15, 2010: World Rose Convention, the World Federation of Rose Societies Convention, Montreal, Canada.

• June 27, 2010: 2010 Annual Parkside Garden Tour from 10 AM to 4 PM; sponsored by the Parkside Community Association.
• July 24-25, 2010: Buffalo Garden Walk 2010 A free, self-guided tour of more than 260 Buffalo gardens, one of the largest garden tours in America. Garden Walk has become one of Western New York's most anticipated summer happenings with tens of thousands of visitors joining in the walk each year.
• During 2010: Upstate Gardeners' Journal - Calendar of Events. Garden, horticulture and botany-related happenings in upstate New York, including Buffalo, Ithaca, Rochester, Syracuse, and beyond.
• During 2010: 2010 Ontario, Canada, Garden Shows and Events Calendar including Toronto, Stratford, Hamilton, among others.
